2. Check “Fedex 2 Day” (Box #4 on airbill)
3. Contact us at 1-800-343-0906 for our acct # (Box #7 on airbill)
4. Write total number of packages (Box #7 on airbill)
5. Under declared Value, write “0” (Box #7 on airbill)

Your Package(s) will be insured, based on the weight & description of the material, which you provided, by our Carrier, The Hartford Company.
